The location was favourable for traveling around Lake Bluff, adjacent to an industrial park as well as Lake Forest. The staff were both supper friendly and exceptionally kind. I enjoyed the room with 2 beds, the bed was very comfy.

Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

The staff here were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I was happy to have a room with two beds, and let me tell you, my bed was like sleeping on a cloud! 😊

The location of this hotel near Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Gurnee Mills Mall, Six Flags Park, Foss Park, lake shore, restaurants. I stayed in a double room with 2 beds which was perfect for me.

This venue was top-notch, everything was well-kept, and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. 🌟 Plus, the spot was in a prime location in the Chicago area.

The room was modern and absolutely fantastic, had private bathroom. The beds were extremely comfy and I had cable channels, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making facilities. The location was particularly good, close to restaurants, gas stations and sopping centers as well as Foss Park with the lake shore.

I had a fantastic stay near the Great Lakes Naval Base. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and well-informed about Navy graduation. The location was very convenient, especially for attending the PIR. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast was delicious, offering scrambled eggs, sausage, cereals, bagels. Plus, there were plenty of nearby restaurants like Dunkin' Donuts, Subway, and McDonald's.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn for a few nights and it was one of the top level 2-3 star hotels I've experienced. The room was impeccably clean and perfectly sized for two people. The storage areas in the room were cleverly designed. Everything in the room worked well, except for the slightly weak shower pressure. The price was great, with shopping and dining options nearby. I highly recommend this cute and limitless hotel.

There was not much to like.

Poor location, not many places to eat nearby, very poor staff. No one answered the desk phone at 10:30 PM. I needed an iron to press a shirt for the next day. Walked downstairs and the staff was eating. They gave me the iron. On checkout, staff could not provide a statement. She was having problems performing the functions online. She asked if she could send to me via email later in the day. I agreed. I did not receive the statement and had to call the location front desk later that evening.

It was quiet and comfortable, staff was very helpful.
